Hi, I’m Holly 👋 I’m really excited to share my expertise in property care and maintenance with you. Having been on both sides; as a tenant and a landlord; I’ve seen first-hand how misunderstandings can arise, often simply due to a lack of shared knowledge. That’s what inspired me to create this course: to help bring clarity and fairness for everyone from the very start. My aim is to give you the confidence, knowledge, and practical skills to look after your home properly, make informed decisions, and build a positive, respectful and harmonious relationship with your landlord.
